Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics/Business Administration, with an additional international business enrichment program, from the University of Minnesota. While attending the University, Dave was a member of the Men’s Gymnastics team, and coached his High School team, winning 2 State Championship Titles. Dave has over 3 decades of medical sales management experience focused in the Western United States. He has worked with organizations of all sizes from start-ups to larger multi-billion dollar corporations.  Dave has consistently exceeded expectations, introduced new technologies, and outgrown the competition.

Dave’s first start in Medical Sales was with Concord/Portex, a Medical Plastics company, which afforded access to several departments within the hospital. Dave excelled, with his focus on surgical products. He was then recruited to join DeRoyal Medical to assist in starting the company’s CardioVascular Division. Dave was the 3rd Sales Rep to join Osteotech as a start-up company, that grew to over $100M in 9 years. Dave was a Sales Rep, Sales Trainer and Western Regional Manager during his time with Osteotech. Dave joined Pioneer Surgical as the first regional manager for their Spine Division. During the 9 years, he served as the Western Regional Manager and developed the 10 Agency Spine team that led the company’s growth to over $100M. Dave then joined BioD as the Western Regional Manager developing a significant independent agency network. BioD was acquired by Integra where he served as the Western Area Manager, before joining Samaritan Biologics.

Dave and his wife of 32 years Vicky have 3 adult children and a grandchild and is currently living in Mesa AZ. Dave enjoys family vacations & travel, snow/water skiing, golf, tennis, scuba diving and cross training.
